We had a wonderful stay in Seagrove! The host was incredibly and accommodating. Very considerate as well. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. It was walkable to the beach with a golf cart and bikes included in the rental, making it easy to get around. We’d love to rent the Sugar Shack again, thanks!

We love this community for its epic pool and cute neighborhood feel in a highly walkable/bikable location to all the nearby restaurants and shops in Rosemary. This home is in a prime spot within the community, overlooking the pool and landscaped green space, but not so close to the pool that it's noisy. It's an easy walk to the deeded beach, and an easy 1 mile drive to the public Inlet beach off Orange St for trips requiring a car full of stuff. The provided beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon were in excellent condition and an absolute game changer for enjoying the beach fully. The kitchen was stocked with nice cooking amenities like a full spice rack and all the cookware and dishes you'll need. We had a few hurricane related issues during our stay, but our host, Jeff, responded in a way that exceeded expectations and showed genuine concern for their guests.

We had another great stay at the Sunfish cottage on Center Hill Lake. This was our first time visiting in the fall as always the cottage was very clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and welcoming after a long day on the water. We came up primarily to fish, but the location is very convenient and our bass boat fit easily in the driveway with access to a boat ramp at hidden Harbor Marina one of our favorite things during this day was to sit outside by the propane pit before dark the cooler weather made it very enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean comfortable place to stay with easy lake access Sunfish cottage is hard to be. We look forward to coming back again..

They provided information leading up to the trip that was helpful, and the check in process was simple but thorough and gave you a sense that they took good care of their properties. Jeff was very responsive to several questions and requests I had before and during the trip and I appreciated that very much. We were very happy and would use them again in the future!

My new favorite place off 30A. I can’t say enough. Gorgeous property. Luxury furnishings, beddings, and linens. Super comfortable beds. A well supplied kitchen. Private and relaxing backyard. Lots of thought and detail went into this beautifully decorated home. We felt very safe for our girls weekend. The host was responsive and helpful. And there was so much to do, including a short walk to a great beach as well as several coffee shops and restaurants. Loved this place! We’ll be back. Would highly recommend.

The cottage and location were absolutely perfect. The house had everything I needed; very cozy; and peaceful. I enjoyed walking down to the marina for morning walks and also, shopping in charming historic Smithville. I look forward to returning!
