Our Story

FiveStar Getaways grew out of a family business that's been welcoming guests for more than 20 years. Our roots are in Dallas and Kansas City, where we've dedicated our time to building, running, and refining vacation rentals across multiple markets.

Today that experience powers a curated portfolio of homes on Florida's 30A, Panama City Beach, and Smithville nearby area in Tennessee, each one chosen, styled, and maintained the way we'd want for our own family.

“Had a great stay! We have stayed in other places in the area and we really liked this one. It was spacious, clean, and I think the perfect spot. Close to everything but you have easy access to a pool and beach. Would stay again!”

“This home is truly lovely. We really enjoyed our stay! We only stayed in the main part of the house, so I can't comment on the studio or the separate apartment. Everything was very clean and welcoming. It's only a 1/4 mile walk to the beach, so it was really convenient. Jeff was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Santa Rosa Beach.”
