Our Story

FiveStar Getaways grew out of a family business that's been welcoming guests for more than 20 years. Our roots are in Dallas and Kansas City, where we've dedicated our time to building, running, and refining vacation rentals across multiple markets.

Today that experience powers a curated portfolio of homes on Florida's 30A, Panama City Beach, and Smithville nearby area in Tennessee, each one chosen, styled, and maintained the way we'd want for our own family.

“Great location - lots to do for my teenage and young adult children . Highlights: We loved the pool and it never felt overcrowded in the pool. Great walk ability to shops and restaurants. Drawbacks: no black out curtains made sleeping in for all of us on vacation. No designated parking made finding a spot difficult when you left the condo and came back. If you like to be right in the action this is your place!”
