Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). This is a monitored, private access where guests 13 years of age and older will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through the beach access. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.
Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas) the company that provides these amenities is La Dolce Vida. To rent this gear please see the attendant at the base of the stairs for the beach access. During busy summer months, its best to rent your chairs and umbrellas in advance from the web site.
Amenity Wristbands: In the condo in the kitchen area, you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $25 for each missing wristband).
Closest Public Beach Access: Should you choose to go to the public beach access where lifeguards are on duty in the high season from 9am - 5pm CST, head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In approximately 0.4 miles turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign the road will T, turn right or left to park. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and outdoor shower area; this beach is also monitored by lifeguards in the high season. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are located near the public beach access, as well.
The Village resort area with two pools, hot tub, fountain and grilling/dining sections located by Building H is for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Village. Wristbands must be worn by guests age 13 and over to gain access to this area. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult.
Tram Info: Free beach tram is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March 1st– October 31st from 9am CST through 6pm CST. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H every 20 minutes. All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram. PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through the beach access. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A.
Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas) the company that provides these amenities is La Dolce Vida. To rent this gear please see the attendant at the base of the stairs for the beach access. During busy summer months, its best to rent your chairs and umbrellas in advance from the web site.
Amenity Wristbands: In the condo in the kitchen area, you will find "The Village" wristbands for your use. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place (guests will be charged a fee of $25 for each missing wristband).
Closest Public Beach Access: Should you choose to go to the public beach access where lifeguards are on duty in the high season from 9am - 5pm CST, head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In approximately 0.4 miles turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign the road will T, turn right or left to park. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and outdoor shower area; this beach is also monitored by lifeguards in the high season. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are located near the public beach access, as well.
The Village resort area with two pools, hot tub, fountain and grilling/dining sections located by Building H is for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Village. Wristbands must be worn by guests age 13 and over to gain access to this area. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult.
Tram Info: Free beach tram is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March 1st– October 31st from 9am CST through 6pm CST. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H every 20 minutes. All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram. PLEASE NOTE: The tram does not operate during inclement weather.
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Great location - lots to do for my teenage and young adult children . Highlights: We loved the pool and it never felt overcrowded in the pool. Great walk ability to shops and restaurants. Drawbacks: no black out curtains made sleeping in for all of us on vacation. No designated parking made finding a spot difficult when you left the condo and came back. If you like to be right in the action this is your place!
Beautifully decorated coastal home. Spacious and comfortable accommodations. AC worked very well. Felt good coming inside from the Florida summer heat. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of kitchenware and utensils for meal prep. The beach gear, chairs and umbrella included were so helpful. Great surroundings, plenty of restaurants and shops. Close proximity to beach and Rosemary Beach. Parking is first come basis, so ideally arrive before the evening to assure a good spot and make use of the bike rentals to stroll along 30A. We had a great and memorable time.
We loved everything about our stay! From the moment we walked in we felt right at home! Every detail was perfect for our beach getaway. From the decor to the provided beach chairs/toys etc! The location is fantastic with restaurants and shops just steps away. And the pool is right there too! Our family of 4 had more than enough space (including teen, preteen, and doodle) The host was very responsive and was even able to get us in to our condo early when we arrived into town earlier. Highly recommend!
