You will have full use of the entire cabin and will be provided ample closet space for storage of your belongings. PLEASE NOTE - This is a cabin in the woods near a very large body of water. As a result, millipedes will be present on the lower floor during the months of Jun-Sept and ladybugs will be present on the upper floor during the months of Oct -Jan. Neither of these nuisances will harm you as they do not sting, bite or infest food or clothing. Unfortunately they are part of lake life as pesticides do not help. The only remedy is to sweep or vacuum. Although all cabins on the lake deal with this issue, I maintain a very high standard of cleanliness and want to disclose this prior to your booking. The cabin is located near the end of the road and sits on a private, wooded lot that overlooks Center Hill Lake. The road turns to gravel the last 3/4 of a mile. The road is in great condition with no hills or washouts. You will have no issues accessing the cabin regardless of your vehicle choice. The property includes a large driveway that can accommodate a boat trailer. Please note that no hunting is allowed on the property. Readily available to address any questions or concerns. Ample parking for two cars and a boat. Several state parks nearby that include hiking trails and waterfalls. A very short distance to Hurricane Marina boat dock and restaurant. Only 10 minutes to downtown Smithville, TN. Please note that this cabin will only accommodate FOUR people per stay. This is a secluded cabin in the woods. This means you will enjoy total privacy.
