This home is perfectly positioned between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach making it an ideal location to walk or bike, and to explore all that 30A has to offer with shopping, dining and entertainment right at your doorstep.

Main Level (2)
A gracious entry leads to the open concept living, dining and kitchen area flooded with natural light with floor to ceiling windows.

The dining room table, positioned just off from the kitchen and living area, easily accommodates 8 guests.

Just off of the dining room, you have your own private balcony overlooking 30a's largest lagoon pool and green space which lets in plenty of natural light during the day and a view of the sunrise in the morning.

The chef's kitchen is large and open, providing enough room for cooking and entertaining! You will also find a half bath on the main floor.

The living room is just off from the kitchen with a large flat screen TV so you can stream your favorite shows/movies or catch up on the latest news and sporting events with cable TV.

Upper Level (3)
You will find 2 Master Suites with King Beds and ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has their own Smart TVs to wind down at night. In addition, one of the Master Suites has it's own private balcony overlooking 30a's largest lagoon pool and green space which lets in plenty of natural light during the day and a view of the sunrise in the morning.

Lower Level (1)
You will find 2 bedrooms. One has a plush queen bed and the other is a bunk room for the kids. Just outside of the bedrooms, you will find another full bathroom to clean up after the beach/pool day and get ready to go again!

Just outside you will find a FULLY screened in patio to enjoy the morning/night and discuss the memories you created and the memories that will be created the next day.

Washer and Dryer are also conveniently located on the lower level to place all of your swim gear and towels to clean up for the next day.

This home has one of the very few garage in Seacrest along with a Level 2 charging outlet if you need to charge your EV.

This elegant home provides a perfect balance with enough seclusion to be a calming retreat but close enough to the action to be enjoying all 30A, Rosemary, Seacrest, and Allys beach have to offer in less than a 5 minute stroll. With delectable breakfast crepes, amazing Italian, Margarita happy hour with chips and salsa, mouth watering pizza and even a Starbucks, you have food bases completely covered.

This home is located near all these amazing restaurants which means that you can walk down 30a to whatever your cravings desire.

Beach access is a breeze with Seacrest beach access a 10 minute stroll or 5 minute tram ride away and you are walking in the soft sand of 30As most luxurious beaches.

Of course with all the local dining, multiple beach options, and many luxuries shops and amenities there is no need to even venture a mile away however you can easily spend the day fishing and swimming two miles east at Camp Helen State Park, a 180-acre expanse bordered on three sides by the azure Gulf of Mexico or for an incredible glimpse of Florida's coastal beauty, Grayton Beach is just 14 miles west and is often ranked among the most scenic beaches in the state.

Seacrest is casually upscale, making it easy to turn off your phone and forget about your emails as you explore all that this beach neighborhood has to offer.
First time visiting Seacrest? Here’s what you need to know:

The pools. Sure, you’re visiting the beach, but in Seacrest you have to add the pools to your itinerary. The Villas at Seacrest have two of the grandest pools to be found along Highway 30A.

Bikes are the best way to explore. With bike rentals located in the Seacrest town center, it’s easy to hop on a bike and explore. Be sure to find as many of the uniquely named streets as possible. Grab a picture in front of the giant Seacrest beach chair. Cruise down to check out the shops at the Peddler’s Pavilion.

Live music, shops and restaurants are waiting. La Cocina, an upscale casual cantina, the Sweet Peddler or Pizza By the Sea are just a few of the dining options in Seacrest. A stop at Seacrest Sundries is a must. Not only can you grab a quick bite to eat, but you can pack some snacks for a day out and about.

Seacrest is also home to Crabby Steve’s, a beachside restaurant that serves lunch, dinner, drinks and incredible views. This casual eatery is tucked just steps away from the sugar-white sand that South Walton is famous for.

When it’s time for the adults to kick back and relax, look no further than Beach and Brew on 30A, one of the newest businesses in Seacrest. This taproom showcases live music and plenty of ice-cold beverages and craft beers. You’ll find South Walton’s own Grayton Beer Company and Idyll Hounds Brewing Company on tap, as well as other regional favorites.

No matter how you choose to spend your time in Seacrest, there’s plenty of fun to be had. From biking to relaxing on the beach, creating memories with friends and family is a breeze.

Getting around

Want to go to Rosemary for more great dining options, shopping, luxury lifestyle? Well it is just a 10 minute stroll through immaculate scenery just east. Want to do the same in Alys beach well then just take a similar stroll West.

You can even be at Seaside via a 10 minute ride down the beautiful 30A!
