Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Golf Cart Use: – The golf cart is not permitted beyond Rosemary Beach to the east or WaterColor to the west. – Renters are responsible for keeping the cart charged. Any service required due to a dead battery will be billed to the guest.
