Golf Cart Use:
– The golf cart is not permitted beyond Rosemary Beach to the east or WaterColor to the west.
– Renters are responsible for keeping the cart charged. Any service required due to a dead battery will be billed to the guest.
Pool Heating (Oct 1 – Apr 30):
– Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in
– Must be for the full duration of your stay
– Cost is $50/night and must be paid before the heater is turned on

Stay at this cute little beach house for a bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect!
Good stay! Great for a larger group. The host kindly accommodated an earlier check in time when we arrived earlier than expected.
Five Star Properties was outstanding! They made the entire process easy from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout our stay. Everything was seamless, and we truly appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness. We will definitely be booking with Five Star Properties again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great vacation rental experience.
