House Rules:
– No smoking anywhere on the property
– Maximum occupancy is enforced
– All renters must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
– Any damages during your stay will be the responsibility of the booking guest

Golf Cart Use & Guest Policies

– The golf cart is street legal only (no driving on sidewalks) and a fun, convenient way to explore the area!
– The cart may not be driven past Rosemary Beach to the east or WaterColor to the west.
– Guests are responsible for keeping the cart charged; any issues due to a dead battery from failure to charge will be billed to the renter.

– All renters must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 25.

– The owner and/or host are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from use of the golf cart or other amenities provided.
