Depending on availability, all three homes can be rented together—perfect for multiple families or groups who want to stay close but still have their own space.

Location Highlights:
Walk to Blue Mountain Beach, one of the most sought-after access points on 30A—less than half a mile away! This access has parking, restrooms, and seasonal lifeguards (10 AM–6 PM). It’s known for its soft white sand and peaceful vibe.

You’re also close to Gulf Place Beach and its fun shopping/dining area, plus another public access point near Goatfeathers.

Outdoor lovers will appreciate being less than a mile from Point Washington State Forest, with miles of scenic biking and hiking trails to explore.

The 'famed' Red Bar restaurant and Grayton Beach State Park are approximately 2 miles east, with Watercolor and Seaside just about a mile past. Explore the rare coastal dune lakes, state parks and tons of pristine beaches.
The home is also just about 1/3 mile to the famed Blue Mountain Creamery, 30A's best ice cream!
Highway 30A is a family-friendly area, with lots of great golf courses, water activities, bikes, trails, boutique shopping or outdoor malls, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips. Seaside, Watercolor, Destin, Seacrest, Seagrove, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Panama City Beach are all nearby! This truly has become a new family entertainment destination!
There are activities for everyone including kayak rentals, bike rentals, paddle boards, fishing, golfing, tennis, hiking, swimming, snorkeling and more! Bike rentals are within walking distance at Big Daddy's Bike Shop (2217 W. Co Hwy 30A) for you to take a ride along scenic Highway 30-A. Shopping in Destin is only 20 minutes away, and Baytowne Wharf is also a fun place just down the road!

A 6-seater golf cart is provided to guests for traveling up and down Highway 30A! Bikes can be rented from Big Daddy's Bike Shop, right across the street.
The property is about 45 minutes from both Destin airport and Panama City airport.

Additional Info & House Rules

– The owners have three other similar homes on the same street—perfect for groups needing multiple houses. Please inquire if you’re interested in booking more than one.
– A starter supply of essentials is provided: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher/laundry pods.
– All payments are processed securely through Airbnb.
– Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 9:00 AM
– No smoking anywhere on the property.
– Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
– Renters must be 25+, or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian if under 25.

Golf Cart Use:
The golf cart may not be driven past Seaside to the east or beyond the end of Highway 30A to the west.
Failure to charge the cart and resulting battery issues will be billed to the guest.

Please Note:
– Nightly minimums are typically longer on weekends and holidays.
– Any damages that occur during your stay will be the responsibility of the booking guest.
– The host and owner are not liable for injury or damage related to use of the golf cart, bikes, or other provided amenities.
