Additional Info & House Rules

– The owners have three similar homes on the same street, great for groups traveling together. Please inquire if you’d like to book more than one.

– A starter supply of essentials is provided: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods.

– All payments are handled through Airbnb.
– Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 9:00 AM

Policies:
– Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
– Renters must be 25 or older. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
– Only the primary renter (25+) is allowed to operate the golf cart.

Golf Cart Rules:
– Do not drive the golf cart past Seaside to the east or beyond the end of 30A to the west.
– Guests are responsible for keeping the battery charged. Any issues caused by battery failure due to not charging will be billed to the guest.

Liability & Damages:
– Any damage during your stay will be the responsibility of the booking guest.
– The owner and host are not liable for any injury or damage resulting from use of the golf cart, hot tub, bikes, or other provided amenities.
