The owners also have two other beautifully decorated bungalows on the same street, perfect for families or friends traveling together. Each home is professionally designed and fully outfitted for a comfortable stay.

All three homes can be rented together (based on availability) for groups who want to stay close but still have their own space.

You’re just a short walk to Blue Mountain Beach, one of the most desirable beach access points on 30A—with parking, restrooms, and lifeguards on duty (10 AM – 6 PM, in season). Known for its quiet charm and soft white sand, it’s a favorite for families.

– The owners also have two other similar homes on Flounder Street, perfect for groups looking to book multiple houses together. Please inquire for availability if you’d like to reserve all four!

– We provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods.

– All payments are processed securely through Airbnb.
– Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 9:00 AM
– Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
– Maximum occupancy is enforced.
– All renters must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Golf Cart Guidelines:
– The golf cart is street legal only and may not be driven past Seaside to the east or beyond the end of Highway 30A to the west.
– Renters are responsible for keeping the battery charged. If the battery dies due to guest negligence, service charges will apply.

– Nightly minimums are typically longer on weekends and holidays.

Liability & Damages:
– Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay.
– The owner and property management are not liable for injuries or damages related to use of the golf cart, bikes, or other provided amenities.
