– All payments are handled securely through Airbnb.
– Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability—just ask!
– Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
– Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
– Renters must be 25 or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
– Nightly minimums are often longer on weekends and holidays.
– Any damage during your stay will be charged to the booking guest.
– The owner and host are not liable for injury or damage to persons or personal property.
