We enjoyed our stay and the privacy and close proximity to the beach and wonderful dining options. The host was super friendly and accommodating. The prior guests forgot to leave some items and the host was very proactive to get things to us. Would recommend and stay again.
We enjoyed our stay! Jeff was extremely helpful and responsive. The house is very spacious, plenty of space for the six of us plus two dogs. We rented a LSV which made our stay extra special. The only thing is parking is very limited during peak season at the public beach parking area. Would definitely recommend this listing for your 30A experience.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Waking up to the beautiful view of the pool, walking path, pond, and lily pads from both the second- and third-floor balconies felt like a dream. We loved being able to step out from either the bedroom or the living room and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The home is an absolute gem, with lovely details throughout and exactly as pictured with no surprises and no hidden fees. Jeff is an exceptional host. We also had the pleasure of staying at one of his properties last year, and when we were scrambling to find a place just two weeks before this trip, he came through once again by recommending this home. It checked every box for us our budget, our dates, the location, and even a golf cart. Jeff is always quick to respond, incredibly patient with our many questions, and truly goes above and beyond. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at one of his properties again!
