Sleeping up to 16 guests, Family Tides offers 4 king sleeping areas, a bunk room, first-floor daybed and trundle, kids' lounge, huge screened porch, fire pit and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for families and groups.

THE SPACE

Welcome to Family Tides 30A, your Seagrove Beach retreat in the heart of Scenic Highway 30A.

Located near Eastern Lake and approximately ½ mile from the Gulf, this spacious home combines a beautifully appointed main house with a separate private carriage house, making it ideal for extended families, multiple families and groups traveling together.

With approximately 3,100 square feet, there is plenty of room to gather together while still giving everyone space to spread out.

Your stay includes a complete beach setup, making it easy to enjoy the beach, Eastern Lake and everything along 30A. For even more convenience, a 6-passenger LSV/golf cart and beach cruiser bikes are available as optional rentals for an additional charge.

The main house offers an open layout designed for larger groups.

The living, dining and kitchen areas create a comfortable gathering space for family meals, game nights and relaxing after a day at the beach.

The kitchen features a large island and breakfast bar, double ovens, cooktop and plenty of prep and storage space for cooking meals at home.

Warm hardwood flooring and coastal finishes give the home a comfortable, relaxed 30A feel.

One of the standout features of Family Tides 30A is the oversized screened-in back porch.

Enjoy morning coffee, family dinners or an evening watching TV outdoors with comfortable seating, a large dining area and built-in ceiling heaters for cooler evenings.

BEACH DAYS MADE EASY

The Gulf is approximately ½ mile from the home. Guests who would like additional convenience can choose to rent the optional 6-passenger LSV/golf cart or beach cruiser bikes for getting around the area.

We also provide plenty of beach gear so your group can pack lighter.

Optional Transportation Rentals

A 6-passenger LSV/golf cart and beach cruiser bikes are available to rent separately for an additional charge. They are not included with the home reservation.

All optional transportation rentals are subject to availability and applicable rental requirements. Advance reservations are recommended.

Driveway parking is limited to a maximum of 2 vehicles.

ABOUT SEAGROVE BEACH & 30A

If this is your first trip to 30A, you’re in for something special.

Scenic Highway 30A connects a collection of small beach communities along South Walton, each with its own restaurants, shops and personality.

Family Tides 30A is located in Seagrove Beach near Eastern Lake, providing a central home base for exploring the entire 30A corridor.

Eastern Lake is one of South Walton’s distinctive coastal dune lakes and is a beautiful area for kayaking, paddleboarding and enjoying the outdoors.

The area is also popular for biking, and the 30A multi-use path makes it easy to reach many nearby restaurants, coffee shops and communities.

GETTING HERE

Most guests flying into the 30A area use one of two airports.

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport – ECP
Located near Panama City Beach and generally the most convenient airport for the eastern side of 30A.

Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport – VPS
Another convenient option, particularly when fares or flight schedules are better.

We recommend checking flights into both ECP and VPS when planning your trip.

Travel times can vary considerably during busy seasons, weekends and holiday periods.

GETTING AROUND

Guests have the option to rent a 6-passenger LSV/golf cart and beach cruiser bikes during their stay.

For many guests, part of the fun of a 30A vacation is parking the car and using an LSV or bikes for beach trips, coffee, lunch and exploring nearby Seagrove.

The LSV/golf cart and bikes are not included in the accommodation rate and must be reserved separately. All optional rentals are subject to availability and applicable rental requirements. Advance reservations are recommended, particularly during peak travel periods.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Primary Guest Age
The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation.

Parking
Parking is strictly limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles. 2 in the garage and 2 in driveway.

All vehicles must fit within the designated driveway parking area.

Street parking is prohibited by the HOA. Vehicles parked on the street are subject to towing.

RVs and trailers are not permitted.

Quiet Hours
Community quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Guests are expected to keep outdoor music, conversations and gatherings at a respectful level during these hours.

Extended Stays
Reservations of 10 nights or longer require a mid-stay cleaning, which is included in the rate.

Wi-Fi & TV
Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home. Smart TVs include YouTube TV with live programming and local channels.

Security Camera
An exterior security camera is located at the front entrance of the home. There are no cameras inside the property.
